How to change your login PIN for your Entra desktop

To reset your PIN for a Microsoft Entra-joined device, follow these steps:

Option 1: Using the "I forgot my PIN" link

1. Navigate to the Windows sign-in screen.
2. Below the PIN text box, select "I forgot my PIN".
3. Choose an authentication option from the list provided.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your PIN.
5. Use your new PIN to unlock your desktop.

Option 2: If "I forgot my PIN" isn't visible

1. Sign in using your password.
2. Open the Settings app.
3. Navigate to Sign-in options.
4. Select Enter your password and proceed with resetting your PIN.
