Shared Folders in OneDrive

To find OneDrive folders shared with you, open your main OneDrive folder and look for the shared folder among your files.

Locate the OneDrive Icon in your icon tray Figure 1

Left-click your mouse when over the OneDrive icon to show the open folder Icon

Click the "Open Folder" icon to open your OneDrive Folder

Once opened, you will see your files and folders, as well as any shared folders, which can be identified by the blue icons on the bottom edge of the folder.

 

This will create a shortcut on your desktop for quick access to the folder.

Alternatively, you can access the folder directly through your OneDrive folder whenever needed.
